In this update i drive you through luna estates, break down why it went so fast, and walk you through the two new weddington communities still in the planning phase with the town of weddington: morris farm and grandview. Luna estates sits at the corner of weddington matthews road and cox road on a 29-acre site, with 18 single-family homes priced roughly $1. 5m to $2m. Three toll brothers floor plans (dunmore, halstead, kendrick), 4,000 to 5,200 square feet, on roughly one-acre lots. County water and county sewer.
